Interviewed for Scottish TV

I have had a busy day.  Felt really ill but I managed to do a 30 minute interview for STV. Sadly only two minutes will be broadcast on STV news next week. But it is a start.  Journalist phoned from national newspaper tonight (Scotsman) and there may be a piece in Scotland on Sunday a week on Sunday.  It depends on the editor.  Local paper going to publish also. Not sure how useful this is all going to be but I may as well give it a try.  Agencies involved in helping benzo sufferers will be contacted so their views will be included.  That is good.

Wow Fiona. That all sounds really good. ” The Famous Fiona French says ……,.” ! Every little bit of publicity helps until eventually everyone knows . Well it’s worth hoping for anyway.
    With love,

Hi Rae. I haven’t a clue what I am doing really and don’t even know if I am doing the right thing. It is too easy to get this all out of proportion. I don’t really know how big a problem these drugs are in Scotland or the UK. However, the setting up the All Party Parliamentary Group in the House of Lords suggests that it is a significant issue. If I don’t get any response from TV appearance / press articles / petition, I might just leave it at that. We’ll see. Love to you both. xx
