Sleeping by day, awake by night

It is back to the nocturnal phase again.  What a carry on this is.  I just cannot waken up during the day and equally I just cannot sleep during the night.  Hopefully it will sort itself out very soon.

Pressure on brain and lungs

I hate this feeling.  Can’t breathe properly and it is very difficult to function physically and cognitively.  Just have to lie in bed mostly.  Hoping it will pass very soon.
