Interview with BBC TV Scotland News

I only heard this morning that BBC TV wanted to come and interview me this afternoon so no time to get worried about it.  I am actually fine being interviewed at home in the comfort of my own sitting room.  There is no time pressure and it is relaxed.  It should be broadcast tomorrow night on the news .. but only a minute probably.   I was filmed making a cup of tea and reading some documents from the BMA.  Marion Brown, the petitioner, will be interviewed tomorrow so should appear in the same news clip.  Dr Peter Gordon, psychiatrist in Scotland, is being interviewed for BBC Radio Scotland tomorrow morning.  The petition will be discussed tomorrow at the Scottish Parliament at 9.45 am.  So we are all looking forward to that and hope that something positive will be achieved.  The BMA and APPG representatives met with officials at the Dept of Health in London on 22nd June but we have not heard the outcome.  And maybe some day I will be able to write about something completely different but for now that is all my news.
